Jason touches down back in Europe!

After a few weeks away on the European Tour including a visit to one of the most sought after holiday destinations on the globe, Mauritius, Jason is now firmly back in Europe and more specifically the UK for the BMW PGA Championships and the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open Hosted by the Rory McIlroy Foundation.

From finishing 8th on the Challenge Tour Order of Merit in 2014 having lifted the Foshan Open title, Jason has been lucky enough to thus far play a full season on the main tour up to now including the flagship event for the tour, the BMW PGA Championships at Wentworth (21st – 24th May 2015).

In most recent weeks Jason has had two weeks in China at the Shenzhen Open and latterly the Volvo China Open. Unfortunately missing the cut in the first event and having to withdraw with injury in the second it was a difficult stretch for Jason but he began to turn his form around playing in Spain and Mauritius most recently.

Having worked hard on his game with swing improvements and strength and conditioning to cope with the rigours of European Tour travel he finished T37 at the inaugural AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open followed by last week finishing 70th at the Open de Espana, a disappointing weekend shooting 77 and 81 halted his progress after a promising start, by his own admissions some bad swing techniques creeping in as he pushed hard.

These most recent results have lifted Jason to 174th on the European Tour Order of Merit and facing one of the most lucrative events of the year, he will be hoping to catapult himself up even further.

Thanks as always to all of Jason sponsors including PINGCrest LinkMertruxCrouch LogisticsChampions of Golf and Titleist.
